2. The demo

The XCELWIZARD demo is provided free of charge. Signing in to download it does not guarantee access to future builds. We may revoke access at our discretion for abuse or violation of these Terms.

3. Purchases

The full game is a one-time purchase of $11.99 USD (or local equivalent) at launch. It is not a subscription. Payment is processed by our payment provider; applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Where required by law, you have a statutory right to cancel digital purchases — but by starting a download you may consent to immediate delivery and waive that right. Refund terms will be detailed at checkout before purchase.

4. Intellectual property

All XCELWIZARD content, including artwork, characters (Wizzy, Ser Calculot), names and related material, is the property of Bigtoria Informatika Limited.

5. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
